| Welcomed to #Penumbras! What is a penumbra? PENUMBRA (pen-um-bra) A shadowy, indefinite, or marginal area. An area in which something exists to a lesser or uncertain degree. An area within which distinction or resolution is difficult or uncertain. Synonyms include shade and shadow. We are artists who enjoy creating the night within drawings, creations, or photographs. Depicting the beauty of the world we almost literally cannot see. Darkness does not need to be depressing or distant, but within our imagination. We will accept all categories of art and most ideas pertaining to the subjects of darkness, shadows, and night. --- Note: I will be making requests to add more devations to the gallery.
